Vinification
Harvest: manual, between the last week of August and the first week of September.
The grapes are gently squeezed and air-pressed; the must obtained is cold settled for 24 hours before separating the clear portion. Alcoholic fermentation and aging take place in stainless steel tanks.
Alcohol content: 13% vol.
Organoleptic characteristics
Color: yellow straw color
Bouquet: fruity and floral, accompanied by tropical and citrus notes
Taste: mouth-filling, with good persistence and acidity, balanced palate and rich in hints of exotic fruit
