Harvest: manual, first week of October
The grapes are destemmed and subjected to soft pressing and maceration
at a low temperature.
Thermo-controlled fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks.
Acohol content: 13,5% vol.
Organoleptic characteristics
Color: intense cherry pink
Bouquet: red fruits, especially wild strawberry, cherry, morello cherry
Taste: fresh, balanced, with excellent structure and persistence
